Price And Availability
All products advertised for sale on the website are subject to availability. If for any reason we fail to provide any products, we will not charge you for such products. However, we will not be responsible for indemnifying you of any other losses you may suffer if we fail to deliver the product. We are not responsible for typographical errors or pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any order for a full refund if an error is discovered.

Deliver Goods
We will endeavor to ensure that the product is delivered to the address you specify by any delivery date we estimate. However, we cannot guarantee that the product will be delivered by the estimated delivery date. About Canceling An Order
In most cases, once an order is placed online, it cannot be canceled. However, we provide such a service: cancellation is supported within half an hour after placing an order, and cancellation is not supported after half an hour , because the processed order cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile, we will issue a successful cancellation of the order back payment. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Warranty
Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year. Within this period, Plazapcs will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. If any quality and workmanship problems arise within one year of purchase by the customer, a free repair and exchange service can be carried out by contacting our customer service Borit. Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. However, due to the particularity of glass products, this limited warranty does not apply to:
- cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks, and dents;
- consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
- damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes;
- damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Plazapcs;
- damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Plazapcs.
In addition, Plazapcs reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country.
When Does The Warranty Period Come Into Effect？
Our warranty lasts for one year from the time the customer receives the goods and confirms the order.
