Introduction

Plazapcs website supports 30 days no reason to refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Product Requirements For Returned Items:

  1. To be eligible for a return, the glass item you purchased must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must also be in its original packaging.
  2. Provide the order number or certificate of the glass product you purchased. If it cannot be provided, we will not be able to refund your product.
  3. The returned glass products must be in good shape, have no damage, and have no foreign matter. If the glass product has been damaged when you receive the goods, you need to provide relevant unpacking photos and video proofs.

Exchange Due To Damage Or Defect

If the ordered item is damaged in transit, torn packaging, etc. Please do not take the package and state the reason for your refusal on the receipt and notify us within 24 hours to send a replacement order.

If your order arrives damaged or defective and you do not intend to return it.,we will replace the damaged or defective glass products for you. Please send an email to info@plazapcs.com including your order number and a picture of the damage or defect. Once we have verified the defect or damage, we will contact you with replacement and other instructions.

Charges

If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to refund you in respect of the returned item.

If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse Plazapcs for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.

Order Canceling

We begin processing orders within 30 minutes after they are placed, which means you can cancel your orders 30 minutes after they are placed. We don’t accept order cancellations if your orders have been placed for more than 30 minutes because orders that have been processed cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile. Please think carefully before you make an order. If you insist on canceling your orders, you can return the package to us after you received it. The processing time for canceled orders is generally 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for the payment to show up in your account, depending on the card issuer.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Plazapcs and the manufacturer of the product cannot and do not guarantee that any particular finish/color on any item will exactly match the same finish/color on a previously purchased item or on any item that may be seen locally.
